What if I have a problem with something I buy?
Simply put, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchase, just return it within 60
days of the date it was shipped to you for a refund of the item's purchase price.
Resolution will make an exchange or refund the full purchase amount (including any
applicable sales taxes but excluding any shipping and handling fees) if an item is returned
within 60 days of the date we ship the item to you. Shipping and handling will only be
refunded if the problem is the result of our error.
Refunds can only be made in the original form of payment and only to the original purchaser.
Recipients of a gift as designated in the ship-to address of the order may exchange returned
items only for other items of equal or lesser value. Refunds cannot be issued to anyone other

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Shopping online with us is very secure.
All pages in the store that ask for or display personal information, including your credit card

with this industry standard technology is extremely safe. You can use your web browser to
confirm you are on a secure page. (Many browsers including Internet Explorer display a

What if I want to cancel an order once it's been placed.
We try to ship every order as soon as possible, so we may or may not be able to cancel an
order that you have placed before it ships to you. If you do want to change or cancel your

How much does shipping and handling cost?
We charge shipping and handling fees based on the number of items you have ordered
and offer three levels of service to meet your needs.
STANDARD SHIPPING is sent via FedEx SmartPost and orders on in-stock items usually
arrive in 4-6 business days. Fees are $4.95 for your first item and $1.00 for every
additional item.
RUSH SHIPPING is sent via FedEx and orders on in-stock items usually arrive
in 2-3 business days. Fees are $15.00 for your first item and $2.00 for every
additional item.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING is sent via FedEx and orders on in-stock items ordered by
noontime on a business day usually arrive in 1-2 business days. Fees are $27.00 for
your first item and $2.00 for every additional item.
CANADA STANDARD SHIPPING Ships via FedEx International Mail Service. Orders
on in-stock items usually take 1-2 weeks. Duties, fees, and taxes by Canadian Customs
could cost up to $20 per package. Flat rate of $10.95, plus $1 per additional item.
CANADA GLOBAL EXPRESS SHIPPING is sent via Global Express. Orders on in-stock
items usually take 5-7 business days. Tracking confirmation number is provided.
Duties, fees, and taxes by Canadian Customs could cost up to $20 per package.
Fees are a flat rate of $38, plus $4.00 per additional item.
Please note that RUSH and NEXT DAY shipping are not available for deliveries to PO box
addresses. If you need your order sent to a PO box please select STANDARD SHIPPING.

Do you charge sales tax?
Resolution is required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to the state of Vermont.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
When your place an order online, you'll get an e-mail confirming your order with item
availability and an expected ship date. Then you'll get another e-mail when the order
